Bone broth – sounds kind of gross, doesn't it? It's actually a tasty treat that involves bones (I use chicken and/or beef) simmering in filtered water with different veggies and herbs for 12-48 hours. The benefits of drinking bone broth range from keeping skin looking young, to boosting immune function and curing digestive issues.

Once I became a bone broth convert – learn more about my inspiration here – I made a pilgrimage to an NYC restaurant that sells cups of broth from a storefront window. Why shouldn't Nashville have easy access to delicious, healthy bone broth?

While I don't have a storefront yet, I am available to provide Nashvillians with the nourishing goodness of bone broth in 32 oz. containers. All my broths are made with 100% grass-fed, hormone-free organic ingredients. Click below to choose a flavor to suit your mood and taste!

P.S. - As far as how much or how often to drink, I think it depends on the individual. I challenge you to try it when you're sick, when you're completely healthy, when you're feeling sluggish or when you're totally hungover. I drink a half cup in the morning instead of (ok before) coffee, and a half cup before dinner. It definitely helps me feel less hungry, and I rarely get sick. If I do, it is much less severe than it ever was before I started drinking bone broth!
